Commissioned by various municipalities, the Knowledge Platform is leading a co-creation project in which we want to stimulate the interaction between research and policy. The aim is to make better use of (scientific) knowledge and practical insights, but also to improve knowledge exchange between professionals and within organizations/municipalities. The sessions are for all professionals working with the gas extraction case, at both Groningen municipalities and relevant social organizations.

During the third session, the participants worked together on a final product using the Design Thinking method. This resulted in three different toolboxes that can help you in your daily work. The infographics below show the results.

 

On June 4, the fourth co-creation session took place. We look back on a successful afternoon where participants worked together on the theme “social cohesion. In addition, knowledge ambassadors shared their stories during the afternoon. These knowledge ambassadors were Jurgen van Tolie (Municipality of Eemsdelta), Ellouise Sybenga (Municipality of Het Hogeland), Yvonne Wiltjer (IMG) and Otto Prohl (NCG). Alice Faber was moderator during this interactive afternoon and musician Annemarie de Bie provided musical accompaniment. Experiences were shared and there was plenty of opportunity for networking.
